What we’re about
If you are looking for fun social events, new adventures or are new in town and are looking to form new relationships through socials with the great people on Meetup, you have found the right group!!!! We are a group of active professionals seeking adventures beyond the daily grind, building new friendships through social networking, and/or looking to meet that special someone along the way. First and foremost though, our focus is building a circle of friends and making connections!
If you are new to LA or have been here your whole life and your social circle diminished over time, this is the place to expand your social circle again. We have fun activities and social events that make making friends as easy as 1-2-3! :)
Of course, if you are single and are looking to find that special someone, what better way is there than through fun activities where you can learn about each other without the pressure of the uncomfortable first date? Our events are low pressure and low stress. It's like hanging out with old friends.
Now, what else should you know about this group? If you are adventurous and love the outdoors, you are in luck. We absolutely love hiking and camping in the summer and snowboarding in the winter. No worries though if you are more into the cultural events and museums that Los Angeles has to offer. We enjoy broadening our minds with arts and culture. LA is one of the most dynamic cities with more cultural diversity than most. We will explore LA and all its glory!
What if you enjoy the occasional socializing over a drink at a bar or relaxing by a bonfire at the beach? We have those too. For those that enjoy a good party here and there. So do we. We like theme parties such as masquerade party, mustache and wig party, and nerd and geek party. We also have fun celebrations like Halloween and New Year Eve Bash. Oh, let's not forget, we love wine and cheese and delicious and unique beers. We have events to cover all grounds including Game Night (Cards Against Humanity, Jenga, Uno or Exploding Kittens anyone??)
Ultimately, our main focus is connections! We are a group of fun professionals that continue to expand our minds through relationships, events and life experiences! JOIN US!

See all- Ski/Snowboard at Park City (and Deer Valley). Epic and Ikon Pass Resorts!Marriott's Summit Watch, Park City, UT
Hello. If you want to join us at the Largest Ski Resorts in the US, please lock in your spot with a payment, not just an RSVP. If your RSVP was changed to not attending, it is because we didn't get a payment from you locking in your spot. Message Deee with any questions.
We are heading to Park City and Deer Valley in Utah to snowboard/ski. Grab your Ikon and/or Epic Pass and snowboard or skis and let's hit up Park City Ski Resort for those with Epic Pass and Deer Valley those with the Ikon Pass. With a year of non-stop snow and fantastic conditions, both resorts have great conditions.
Our lodging is reserved from Friday, 4/5 to Friday, 4/12. You can stay anytime during that week at your leisure. Checkout is Friday 4/12 10a.m.
We will stay at Marriott Summit Watch, which is at the base of the Park City! To access Deer Valley down the street, take the bus and you will be there in 5-10 minutes (1.3 miles away). We have several of the 2-bedroom units booked (each unit contains 2 bedrooms plus a common area. Each 2 bedroom unit also a washer/dryer and a full kitchen). I stayed at several different hotels in Park City and this is by far my favor. Walk out of the hotel and there are abundance of restaurant options and the hot tubs and pool at the hotel is awesome!!! It's a fantastic location and hotel!!!
Cost includes the condo plus we'll stock the condos with snacks, breakfast items and some beverages.
Cost doesn't include your flight to SLC, shuttle/Uber, lunch/dinners and Epic Pass or Ikon Pass etc.
Getting to Park City from SLC airport is super easy. They have shuttles, "Uber skis" and plenty of other options to easily and economically get there!
Cost: varies by (1) how long you are going to stay and (2) if you want your own bed or will share a bed.

If you RSVP yes but don't submit payment your spot is not confirmed and I may move you to the "not attending" list without any further explanation because only a payment (not just an RSVP) locks in your spot.

Resorts: We are staying right next to the Town Lift of Park City resort, an Epic Pass resort. Deer Valley is super close, but is on the Ikon Pass and is skier-only. Other Ikon resorts within a ~40 minute drive are Snowbird/Alta, Brighton and Solitude. Snowbasin is about an hour away.
